Track Your Order

Every order gets a FedEx tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned, usually the evening it leaves us. This page explains how to find it, what each status actually means, and when a quiet tracking page is a problem rather than normal.

Emailedtracking arrives the evening of dispatch
24 hoursbefore the first scan appears — this is normal
2–3 daysa normal gap between scans in transit
7 daysof silence means tell us, and we open a trace

#Three ways to find your tracking

In the order you should try them

  1. Step 1Fastest

    Your email

Search your inbox for “GoShopCara dispatched”. The tracking number and a direct FedEx link are in that message. Check the spam folder before assuming it did not arrive.

  2. Step 2Also instant

    Your account

Sign in at your account page and open the order. The tracking number appears next to the order status, and it is always current.

  3. Step 3Same business day

    Ask us

Email support@goshopcara.com with your order number. We reply with the live status. Use this if the email never came and you checked out as a guest.

#What each status means

Carrier language is vague by design. Here is what each one means for your watch specifically.

From payment to doorstep

  1. Step 1Processing

    Payment confirmed

We have your money and the watch is reserved. Nothing is moving yet and no tracking number exists, because there is no parcel to track.

  2. Step 2Preparing

    Inspection and packing

The watch is being checked against your order, wound, time-set and packed. This is the 1 to 3 business days of preparation, and it is where most of the wait happens.

  3. Step 3Dispatched

    With FedEx

The parcel has been handed over and scanned. Your tracking number goes live within about 24 hours of this point.

  4. Step 4In transit

    Moving through the network

Scans happen at hub handovers, not continuously. Gaps of a day or two between scans are ordinary.

  5. Step 5Out for delivery

    On the van today

It is on a vehicle and should arrive during business hours. FedEx does not give a precise time window.

  6. Step 6Delivered

The carrier has marked it delivered

Check the porch, side door, mailroom, building reception and immediate neighbours before contacting us — the large majority turn up in one of those places.

Statuses do not always appear in a straight line. A parcel can show In transit, then nothing for two days, then Out for delivery — that is the network, not a fault.

#When tracking looks wrong

Work down this list before emailing us

There is no tracking number at all

If it has been more than 3 business days since you ordered, something is wrong — email us. If it has been less, we are still in the preparation window and no parcel exists yet.

The number does not work yet

Allow 24 hours from the dispatch email. Until FedEx completes the first hub scan the number exists but has nothing attached to it, and their site will say so.

Nothing has moved for two days

Normal. Scans are recorded at handovers between facilities, and a parcel can sit on a truck between two of them for 48 hours with nothing wrong.

Nothing has moved for seven business days

Not normal. Email support@goshopcara.com with your order number and we open a formal trace with FedEx the same day.

It went to the wrong city

Usually normal. Parcels route through sorting hubs that are nowhere near your address, and a detour of several hundred miles is routine.

It says delivered but nothing is here

Give it 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered before it physically arrives. Then check with everyone in the building. If it still has not appeared, tell us within 7 days of the delivery scan.

#If the parcel is lost

Every shipment we send is insured for its full value. The risk while a watch is in transit is ours, not yours.

What happens after you report it

  1. Step 1Day 0

    You tell us

Email support@goshopcara.com with your order number and what the tracking shows. One line is enough.

  2. Step 2Within 1 business day

    We open a trace

FedEx investigates, which means physically searching the last facility that scanned it.

  3. Step 3Up to 10 business days

    The trace runs

This is the carrier’s timeframe and we cannot shorten it. We update you as it progresses rather than leaving you to chase.

  4. Step 4On the outcome

    Replacement or full refund

If the parcel is not found we send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You are not out of pocket either way.

#Delivery without a signature

We do not require a signature by default, because demanding one causes more failed deliveries than it prevents. FedEx uses its own judgement about whether an address is safe to leave a parcel at.

If you would rather not risk a doorstep delivery

Tell us before dispatch — once the parcel is collected, delivery instructions have to go through FedEx directly, and we cannot change them for you.

#Questions

Email support@goshopcara.com with your order number and we send the current status the same business day. If the parcel is already late or already shows a problem, say so in the subject line.
