#Are these genuine watches?
Yes. Every watch sold on this site is new and genuine, supplied in its original packaging with its documentation. We are a retailer, not the manufacturer, GoShopCara stocks and sells them.
#Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes, 24 months against manufacturing defects, handled by us. Full terms are on the warranty page.
#Can I return a watch if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and complete. See the refund and returns policy for the conditions and who pays return postage.
#How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered by FedEx in 2 to 7 business days, so 3 to 10 business days in total. Shipping is $50 per order and free on orders of $800 or more. Full detail, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, is on the shipping policy page.
#Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at present. We ship within the US only.

Who makes GoShopCara watches?
We do. GoShopCara is a retailer, not a manufacturer. Every watch we sell is manufacturer-made; GoShopCara buys the stock, list it with its full specification and handle the sale, the delivery and anything that needs sorting out afterwards. We are not a reseller of other brands.
Are the movements reliable?
Yes. We use proven calibres that any competent watchmaker can service. Automatics are regulated before dispatch; quartz models run three years on a battery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Email us straight away, most orders ship within one to three business days.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not currently. All watches ship in their original presentation box, which is gift-ready.

How long does delivery take?
Dispatch is 1-2 business days; Standard delivery then takes 3-7 business days, Expedited 2-3.
Is shipping insured?
Yes, every parcel is insured for its full value.

What is your return policy?

#The watches
Will the watch fit my wrist?
Each listing states case diameter, lug-to-lug length and strap length. As a rough guide, a 38-40 mm case suits most wrists; over 42 mm suits larger wrists. Bracelets can be sized with the included tool or by any jeweller.
Is the water resistance rating safe for swimming?
50 m (5 ATM) is fine for showers and surface swimming. 100 m and above is suitable for swimming and snorkelling. Avoid operating the crown underwater on any watch.
