30-Day Window Return eligibility is organized around clear timing.
Original Condition Packaging and product condition are easy to review.
Reviewed Support Requests are checked before a refund or replacement.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging

Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
  • Items without original packaging
  • Final sale items

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT, please contact us within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a REPLACEMENT OR REFUND, depending on the situation.

4. RETURN PROCESS

Return requests must be reviewed and approved before the item is sent back.

Approved returns are handled by mail. Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from Royal Kinzy.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, unless the return is due to our error.

Examples of our error include:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Damaged item caused during shipping
  • Defective item received

If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

6. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS after the return is approved and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD used at checkout.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. RESTOCKING FEE

No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.

8. EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges for preference-based returns.

If you want a different item, please request a return first. After the return is approved, you may place a new order.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

9. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled within 12 HOURS OF PURCHASE.

After this period, the order may already be processed and may not be eligible for cancellation.
